
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Natural World Experience. However, we understand there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.
Goods damaged in Transit:
If you find that the goods you have purchased have been damaged in transit, then you need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the said goods. We may ask for:

Or the goods returned, in which case we will refund the return postage.
If we find the goods to not be damaged or faulty then you may be liable for payment of the return postage.
We will either replace the said goods or refund in full the amount paid.
Livestock Dead on Arrival:
Please notify us within 12 hours of receipt of any livestock that is found to be dead on arrival. We will either replace the livestock or refund your money in full. No claims can be made after the 12 hour period.
If you have changed your mind:
If you have changed your mind about the goods you have purchased from us and wish to return them, then you may do so as long as we receive the goods back in an unused condition.
All parts that were originally with the goods should be returned and any packaging should be unopened.
The goods should be returned in such condition as to be resold by us.
The cost of returning goods that are not faulty of damaged in transit is the responsibility of the customer. ie: Return carriage paid by customer
Upon receiving returned goods a full refund will be made subject to the said goods being in an unused condition.

Special Orders:
If you require an item that is not normally stocked (thus requiring us to order that item especially for you) or if any item needs to be customised for a specific requirement, we are unable to offer refunds on these items. Also the cost of such items must be paid in full before the order is sent to the customer.
