Postage & Package
All our items are now subject to postage and package costs.
Our website will now display postal options for the items we sell, so for an example, stick insects, if picking up from our shop, choose option A, if normal first class delivery, option B or next day delivery, option C.
For items that can be collected at any of the shows we attend, or from our shop, or if delivery is in postcode area B46 then please choose option A
For ova or if booking a place on any of our events, please choose option A
For larvae, stick insects, mantids, beetles and small snails using first class post then choose option B (£2.00)
If you require next day delivery (recommended) for the above, please choose option C (£5.00)
Next Day Delivery does NOT mean you will be receiving your order the day after placing it, it means that you should receive your order the day after it is dispatched Next Day Delivery is meant to minimise the amount of time your order is in the postal system. We do send orders out in strict rotation, as they are received and you will be notified when your order is dispatched.
No orders containing livestock will be dispatched on a Friday. Orders will normally be dispatched (where possible) the day after receiving the order.
Snails (large), as these are heavy and can only be dispatched by next day delivery, please choose C (£5.00) for 1 snail; D (£6.00) for 2 snails and E (£7.40) for 3 and more snails.
Rearing Kits, choose option F (£5.00)
Cages, Net cages only: option B (£2.00);
Cylinder Cages, choose option F (£5.00)
Wooden/Net Cages and tanks will be sent by Standard parcels, Option G (From £5.00, dependant on weight)
Books, Choose option B (£2.00)
If you are ordering a large number of items, then please choose the highest option, relevant to the items ordered.
